Acrylic Painting Classes
"Waterfalls"
Learn acrylic painting with Tammy Zinke. Join our "Lighthouse" class and paint a lighthouse of your choice. You will learn layering acrylics, brush stroke, perspective and much more.

This class is Four - 3 hour sessions;
November 21, 28, December 5,12, 2025, 10am - 1pm
​
​
We provide your 18" x 24" canvas, use of our bushes
and paint. Please pick up a small supply list when you register.
​
Limit 6 per class age 18+ Fee: $140 (3% card fee)

Kids Art Class with Molly Gentry
Kids Love Art Too!
​
Kids Art Class is for children ages 8-17 and their parents. In these classes we will learn basic techniques of drawing using graphite, charcoal and inks. Painting, with watercolor and acrylics. Printmaking using a variety of materials. We will dive into collage and mixed media design creating 2 dimensional and 3 dimensional artworks. These classes are designed to introduce many different mediums to students to instill a love and appreciation for art.

Age: 8 - 17 Starts November 21, through December 19, 2025
Every Friday after school 2pm - 4pm
We will update continuing classes for January 2026
Fee: $25 per session

Molly Gentry is a former teacher of English, art, and history. She has spent more than half her life in the education field. Molly has always been a lover of art and bringing art to kids has been her greatest joy. Molly is a member of POAC and she has shown her work in the gallery, taught the Expressions after school art class, and recently signed on as the volunteer coordinator to Kaleidoscope.

Dynamic Drawing
This is a beginner sketch class designed for anyone who wants to start drawing or brush up.
​
The vision for this class is to sketch freely and confidently.
​
We will start each class with warm ups and laughter. I want you to learn to see, feel, and sketch.
​
Building skills of structure * Learning to see shapes * Visually measuring * and seeing perspective.
​
Register in the studio, there is a supply list.
​
Saturdays 2 pm - 5 pm,

This class will run through the winter on Saturday afternoon, as long as we have students.
​
Each session is $30
​

Watercolor Class with Cynthia Plaster
​
Every Thursday Morning 10 am - 1 pm
Enjoy a relaxed environment learning the basics of landscape painting, as well as some tips and tricks!
Class is open to 9 years and up.
You will complete a painting in each class!

Mixed Media Collage Christmas Ornaments
Instructor: Molly Gentry Fee: $35 Limit: 12 Age: 18+ ( 9+ with parent)

December 3, 2025 3pm - 5pm​
​
Create customized Christmas ornaments. Using recycled Christmas cards or personal photos as a background and interesting elements, you will make a unique and giftable keepsake ornament. All materials will be provided, but please feel free to bring a special photo, card, or element to add to your ornament. The ornaments are 3" in diameter so plan accordingly.

Alcohol Ink Christmas Ornaments
Instructor: Tammy Zinke Fee: 45 Age: 18+ ( 9+ with a parent).

December 10, 2025 2pm - 5pm
​
Mesmerizing translucent alcohol ink Christmas balls!
We will be painting/coloring the inside of clear plastic Christmas balls using alcohol inks. Pick your favorite colors, and add some glitter!
Most materials will be supplied. A safety sheet will be provided when you register.
Soft Pastel "Fruits" Class
Instructor: Tammy Zinke Fee: $145 Limit: 6 Age: 18+

This is a four session class.
November 22, 29, December 6, 13, 2025 10am - 1pm
​
Bring your reference photo of sliced fruit, or use one of mine!
​
In this class you will be painting on sanded paper with pan pastels, soft pastels, and pastel pencil provided for you. (You can also bring your own).
​
You will learn to transfer your image onto sanded paper, how to start forming your masterpiece with a background, layering, color, shadows and light.
​
Register in the studio and pick up a small supply list.
​
Paint - Snack - Sip "Christmas" Cardinal Watercolor
Instructor: Cynthia Plaster Fee: $45 Limit: 12 Age: 18 (21 to sip).
December 13, 2025 4pm - 7pm
​
Bring your bestie and paint this beautiful Cardinal in watercolor. Cynthia will guide you with detailed instruction.
You will leave with a wonderful completed watercolor painting and
some really great memories.
