Meet the Artist

Self taught, using Acrylic Paint and masterful brushstrokes, her paintings bring you, the viewer, to a visceral experience of the paintings subject matter.  Experience the powerful crash and spray of a wave: the peaceful lull of a walk through the woods: the smell of the salty air and the texture of sand between your toes... you know you've seen those clouds and walked that beach.

Her inspiration comes from nature: she focuses on the way the atmosphere enhances, moment by moment, the changing mood as light and shadow bring, right before her eyes, a vision of the next painting;...another beautiful portrait of mother earth.

Tammy is adventurous and imaginative in her choices of subject matter, use of color, texture and styles; which range from Photo Realism to Impressionism.
