Event Details

Two years ago, we opened the doors to a new gallery and art supply store in downtown Sandpoint, and we’re celebrating with a three-day Anniversary Party September 4 to 6.

We’d love to invite artisans of every medium, painters, potters, jewelers, photographers, fiber artists, sculptors, candle makers, and beyond, to join our vendor lineup for a weekend of high visibility, real foot traffic, and good company.

What’s Included

  • Three full days at one of Sandpoint’s most-visited art destinations

  • $50 registration fee for all three days, no commission, no gallery cuts

  • On-site security September 4 and 5

  • Light refreshments and beverages served in the lobby for your customers

  • A welcoming community of fellow artists and a built-in audience of art lovers and collectors

Important Dates

  • Registration cutoff: July 31, 2026

  • Vendor confirmation: August 3, 2026

  • Event days: September 4, 5, and 6, 2026

  • Daily set-up: 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

  • Daily event hours: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Why We’re Doing This

This is our way of saying thank you to the artists, students, and friends who have made these first two years so much fun!

How to Apply

Vendor space is limited and this is a juried event (selected by four local artists, by photo only, names not used), so please register as soon as you can. Vendors must commit to at least two of the three days; all three are recommended.

Fill out the vendor registration form below. We’ll confirm accepted vendors by August 3, 2026, and the $50 fee is due by July 31.

VENDOR APPLICATION

Event Policies

  • Booth canopy no larger than 10’ x 10’. Special circumstances require pre-approval.

  • Booths should not be left unattended.

  • Booths can be left standing securely overnight (weather depending). Merchandise must be removed at the end of each day.

  • Vendors are responsible for daily garbage removal from their own booth.

  • No garage sale items.

  • Signage must be attached to canopies or tables. No freestanding signage.

  • No power, no WiFi, no continuous water source on site.

  • Port-a-pot available for vendors.

  • Vendor vehicles must be parked in the designated area behind the building.

  • Security provided September 4 and 5

If accepted as a Vendor:

Payment of the $50 registration fee is due by July 31, 2026 and collected separately by check or in person at the studio (your preference).
