We are accepting vendors for our Anniversary Party!

Would you like to sell your arts and crafts?  We would love to have you apply for our three day event.

10 am - 5 pm

Please attach at least four photos of your products, as well as your booth set up if possible.

Fee: $50 for three days.  Fee is due by August 20, 2025. T Zinke Art Studio takes NO commission on vendor sales.

Welcome! We are glad you are considering sharing your art at T Zinke Art Studio Anniversary Party.

Please read the following event schedule and layout before you register. Please initial yellow marked spaces.

​

  • Vendor space is limited, so please register as soon as you can.

​

  • Important dates:          Registration cut off: August 8, 2025

                                           Vendor confirmation: August 11, 2025

                                           Event Dates: August 30, 31, and September 1, 2025

                                           Set up on event dates: 8 am - 9:45 am

                                           Event times:10 am - 5 pm

  • Vendors are considered "Sole Proprietor" businesses.  Each is responsible for their licenses, sales tax, and insurance._______________

  • Vendors who participate must commit to at least 2 full days. All three days are recommended.

  • Dates attending____________________________________________________________

  • This is a first come, first considered event (juried by 6 local artists).  We want a variety of artisans; these six artists will choose which vendors fit best.  We want everyone to have equal opportunity to sell their art!

  • Vendors will be chosen based upon the photos submitted; names will no be given to the jury.

  • Vendor space will be assigned by T Zinke Art Studio.

  • Vendor "booth" canopy will be no larger than 10' x 10'.  If there is a special circumstance please let us know for approval.

  • Vendor booths should not be left unattended.

  • Booths and wares should NOT be left overnight. There is no security._______________

  • Garbage from each booth is the responsibility of the vendor. Please help us by keeping it clean daily.

  • No Garage Sale Items.

  • A Restroom (Port a Pot) will be available for vendors.

  • No power is available.

  • No Wifi is available.

  • No continuous use of water.

  • Vendor vehicles must be parked in designated area.

  • Signage must be attached to canopies and tables.

  • TZAS is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged property of the vendor._____________

  • TAZS is not responsible for bad checks, counterfeit money or canceled credit cards. Each vendor is considered a "sole proprietor", responsible for their own business.___________

  • TAZS is not responsible for injury of vendors._________
