Entry Fee: $20 Dates: August 30, 31, and September 1, 2025 10 am - 5 pm

Medium: Use whatever medium you want to paint with.

Substrate: Canvas, board, paper, etc...

Size: No smaller than 8" x 10"

Set up will be outdoors. Prepare for the elements... Hat, shade, umbrella... Rain or Shine.

Easels will be provided until we run out. Reserve one, or bring your own.

Small side tables will be provided until we run out. Reserve one or bring your own.

Bring all the supplies you will need to make a masterpiece.

Set up 9 am Saturday August 30. I will be available (hopefully) to assist.

Entrant numbers will be assigned for voting. Attach it to your easel for voters to see.

Contestants will have three days to complete their painting. If you finish early you will need to have your painting available to the public each day for voting. Please be open to spending time at your easel talking potential buyers/voters about your painting and inspiration.

Business cards and handouts about your art would be helpful to selling your art. People love to watch painters; don't be nervous, they can't paint your way.

Voting by the public will begin Sunday August 31, 10 am, and close at 5 pm Monday September 1st 2025. Please encourage the public to come back and vote for you on Sunday or Monday. Don't worry if you are not finished when voting starts, people will have a clear idea of where you are going.

Try to finish your painting in the three days you have.

Print your name and entry number on the back of your painting.

Voting slips will be available to the public Sunday August 31, 10 am.

Ranking votes: Voting by the public on creativity, use of color, composition, etc...

Votes will be tallied on September 4th, 2025. Participants will be notified of winners by email as soon as possible.

Paintings will hang in T Zinke Art Studio through the month of September to share with the public.

All paintings need a placard: Name of the artist, Price (if for sale) and contact information if you want more work.

Paintings for sale need the price clearly marked.

Paintings that SELL will remain in the studio until September 30th 2025 (IF possible! I don't want you to lose a sale if your customer can't come back for it).

Paintings sold through T Zinke Art Studio will be charged $10 transaction fee. I agree: Sale can be through T Zinke Art Studio._____________ I Decline selling through T Zinke Art Studio______________.

NO COMMISSION FEES WILL BE ADDED TO ANY SALE OR COMMISSION OF ART.
